Information used by DebutDock

DebutDock uses your authenticated email to identify your account. Creator profiles may include your name, entity type and seller-agreement acceptance. Listings include the details, links, buyer contact information, images and audio previews you submit. Subscription records include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status and renewal information. The application also records publication and payment-processing events.

Public listings and private account information

Published creations can display your creator name, listing details, buyer contact method and uploaded previews. Share only contact information and media you intend visitors to see. Account email and billing identifiers are used for account and subscription functions; they are not intended as public listing fields. A buyer contact address you enter can be public.

Why information is used

Information supports sign-in, creator profiles, publishing, displaying creations, paid showcase placement, subscription processing, support and abuse prevention.

Service providers and external links

OpenAI provides ChatGPT sign-in and Sites hosting services. Cloudflare provides hosting infrastructure, database and media storage, and security services. Stripe processes DebutDock subscription checkout; card information is entered on Stripe checkout. These providers process information under their own policies. Creator websites and purchase links are separate services with their own privacy practices. DebutDock does not process proceeds from purchases made directly from creators.

Cookies

Sign-in and infrastructure security services may set cookies needed to authenticate requests and protect the service. The current application source does not include advertising or analytics trackers. External sign-in, checkout and creator websites may use additional cookies under their own policies.

Retention and requests

Records support listings, account access, subscription administration and operational history. To request access, correction or deletion of information, contact hello@debutdock.com. Identify the account and information concerned without sending passwords or payment-card details. Some records may need to remain for billing, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Removing a public listing cannot remove copies saved by other visitors or search engines.
