The marketplace

DebutDock helps creators list and showcase digital creations. Using the service means agreeing to these terms and our privacy policy.

Accounts and listings

Provide accurate account and listing information. Keep your sign-in account secure. Publish only content you own or have permission to distribute, including images, audio and software. You retain ownership of your work and permit DebutDock to host and display submitted content to operate and promote your listing.

Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for their descriptions, prices, licenses, buyer contact details, delivery, support, refunds and applicable obligations. Do not publish scams, malware, unlawful content, impersonation or misleading claims. Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. DebutDock may remove violating listings or restrict abusive accounts.

Purchases from creators

Creator purchases and agreements are between the buyer and creator. DebutDock does not collect or hold proceeds from those sales. Review the creator’s offer and terms before paying. A listing or paid placement is not a guarantee of quality, ownership or safety.

Paid placement

DebutDock charges for its own showcase subscriptions and tools. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund earlier charges. Contact hello@debutdock.com for billing or cancellation assistance. No refunds or prorated refunds apply after paid placement begins, except where required by law or if DebutDock does not provide the purchased placement. Placement remains subject to listing rules.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, sales, visibility or complete protection from every threat. These terms may change; the date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
